What participants learn: Immersion participants are introduced to an array of concrete commitments and practices, including the following.

-
Leadership commitments and practices that help participants increase their individual effectiveness, and the effectiveness of their organizations–e.g., learning how to rebuild and strengthen trust with colleagues and partners, and heal the negative effects of past conflicts that may be impeding progress in their change efforts.
-
Commitments and practices, grounded in an understanding of living systems, that help participants identify high leverage actions in support of organization, systems, and community change efforts.
-
Commitments and practices, grounded in community-building theory, that help foster relationships of mutuality, particularly among people who hold divergent, even polarized perspectives and different levels of formal authority. These commitments and practices are essential for embodying commitments to equity, inclusion and belonging.
-
A foundational practice called Wisdom Dialogue© that helps participants more effectively use data to clearly define results, assess progress, and evolve strategies to improve and sustain positive impact.

Who this Immersion is for: Immersions help individuals learn how to integrate Living Collective Wisdom® into their ongoing work toward profound results within organizations, foundations, public sector systems, communities, and private sector organizations committed to a social mission. When possible, we encourage individuals to attend an Immersion with partners from your organization or change effort who can join you in the exploration.
Immersion participants who want to deepen their learning can also purchase a packet of 6 (six) confidential 1:1 Ally Sessions. These virtual individual sessions provide customized support for Immersion participants to more fully embody Living Collective Wisdom® in their particular contexts.
