Living Collective Wisdom®
Introductory Sessions

Beginning in 2025, we are offering free periodic sessions for anyone who wants to learn more about Living Collective Wisdom® and how this framework, and the Center for Collective Wisdom more broadly, might be of support to your efforts to transform your organizations, systems, and communities.

In these 90-minute conversations, we explore unique aspects of Living Collective Wisdom®, including why and how we created this framework, its relevance to communities and organizations navigating the increasing polarization and complexity of these times, and stories of how leaders have successfully transformed the culture and impact of their organizations through living collective wisdom.

The sessions include conversations among co-founders John and Rose and guests who have direct experience with Living Collective Wisdom®. Participants will also have opportunities to ask questions and join the conversation.

Each session is a standalone experience; every conversation is unique so you can attend as many as you wish. All sessions are via Zoom. Credentials will be emailed once you register. We will update this page frequently with the details of upcoming sessions.

Our last session featured a conversation with Kate Trompetter and Ruben Imperial from Stanislaus County, California. Ruben is currently the Director of Stanislaus County Behavioral Health and Recovery Services Department. Kate is a member of the C4CW team and a highly successful consultant whose practice focuses on supporting community, organizational, and system change efforts, principally in Stanislaus County.  They shared stories about how Living Collective Wisdom® has benefitted them personally and supported multiple large-scale change efforts in the county.

In the final session of our summer series, John and Rose will lead an interactive experience introducing a few commitments and practices of Living Collective Wisdom®, giving participants an immediate experience of what it will be like to participate in the Fall 2025 Immersion.
